About Me

Greetings All, My name is April Diane. I am a wellness guide. I overcame and healed myself from the effects of anxiety and depression using yoga, meditation, and creativity. I learned the art of Creating the Habit of Wellness. I now teach the techniques I used in my classes through one-on-one and group coaching.

This network is designed for those looking to stay connected with like minds. Wellness is a lifestyle. This lifestyle is a choice we make every minute of the day by where we place our attention, the activities we engage in, how we respond to the experiences we encounter, and the people we surround ourselves with. 

When creating this lifestyle we have to immerse ourselves with the process. This platform is designed to help with the immersion process. When you come here all you get is wellness. You will not have to shift through loads of information that may take you to a different state of mind. Everything on this platform will be geared to helping you stay in a wellness state of mind.
